The accommodation was located in an easily accessible area with various modes of transport nearby. the room was well equipped with necessary amenities and a comfortable bed. the bathroom was spacious and hygienic. Although there were limited food options available, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The Wi-Fi connection was frustratingly slow.

During my Xmas stay, I appreciated the fact that the hotel offered clean facilities and toiletries. the location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the surrounding area and access to transportation was easy. the hotel also provided complimentary breakfast, which was a nice perk and made mornings more convenient.

the room was cramped and uncomfortable, and the staff was not friendly or accommodating.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the room we stayed in was spacious and well-equipped. During my business trip, I enjoyed the reasonable prices of this hotel. The 5-star room service and toiletries were a major advantage that made my stay more enjoyable. the staff was friendly and welcoming, always willing to help with a positive attitude.

There was limited access to nearby restaurants and shops. It was a bit of a hassle having to walk or take a Grab to find food or shop.
